1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Grosvenor BankConnect by agentOS you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Grosvenor BankConnect by agentOS may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account. Grosvenor BankConnect by agentOS may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not abuse Grosvenor BankConnect by agentOS, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape or harvest data without permission, or use the service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
4. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance per the price displayed at checkout. Refunds follow Grosvenor BankConnect by agentOS's refund policy communicated at point of sale.
5. Intellectual Property
Grosvenor BankConnect by agentOS retains all rights to Grosvenor BankConnect by agentOS's software, designs, and brand. Customer data you submit remains yours; you grant Grosvenor BankConnect by agentOS a limited licence to process it to operate the service.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
Grosvenor BankConnect by agentOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.Grosvenor BankConnect by agentOS disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grosvenor BankConnect by agentOS's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or Grosvenor BankConnect by agentOS is limited to the amount you paid Grosvenor BankConnect by agentOS in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. Grosvenor BankConnect by agentOS may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, liability, governing law) survive.
